Junk Removal Roscoe is a local service site for requesting junk removal and property cleanout work in Roscoe, Illinois and the surrounding towns. It is owned and operated by N5 Studio, a local marketing company in Rockford, Illinois. This site is not itself a junk removal company. The work is performed by a partnered local company, and submitting a request here connects you with them.

Quotes

A quote given over the phone, by text, or by email is an estimate based on what you describe. The final price is confirmed on site, before any loading begins, once the crew can see the actual volume and the access. You are never charged more than the agreed price without being told first and agreeing to it.

Prices shown on this site, including the $99 to $650 range, are typical figures and not a binding offer for a specific job.

What cannot be taken

Some materials cannot legally be removed as general junk, including wet paint, solvents, motor oil, pesticides, asbestos, and medical waste. If any of that turns up in the load, it gets left and you get told why. Appliances containing refrigerant are taken, but handled through certified disposal channels.

Scheduling and access

It is your responsibility to make sure the crew can access the property and the items at the agreed time, and that you have the right to dispose of everything being removed. Once an item is loaded it is gone, so anything you are unsure about should be set aside before the crew arrives.

Text message terms

By submitting the quote form with the text message box checked, or by texting our business number, you consent to receive text messages about your quote request. These include pricing and quote details, scheduling and arrival window confirmations, and follow-up questions about the job.

Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us, typically fewer than ten messages per request. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, and opting out does not stop you contacting us by phone or through the quote form.

Liability

Work is performed by the partnered local company, and any question of liability for the work itself sits with them as the service provider. N5 Studio operates this site and passes your request to them.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
