Junk Removal Roscoe is a local service site used to request junk removal and property cleanout work. It is owned and operated by N5 Studio, a local marketing company in Rockford, Illinois. The work itself is performed by a partnered local company. This page explains what information is collected when you contact us and what happens to it.

What we collect

When you submit the quote form or send a text message, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, the town the job is in, and the details you write about the work you need done. If you send photos of the items, we receive those too.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, Social Security numbers, or any other sensitive personal information. Do not send those.

What we do with it

Your information is used to quote and carry out the work you asked about. That means it is shared with the partnered local company that performs the job, because they cannot show up at your property without it.

Mobile information and text messages

Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with any third party other than the partnered local company for the purpose of completing the service you requested, and with our messaging provider solely to deliver the messages themselves.

If you opt in to text messages, you will receive messages related to the quote you requested: pricing, scheduling, arrival windows, and follow-up questions about the job. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us, typically fewer than ten messages per request.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages. Reply HELP for assistance.

Opting out of text messages does not prevent you from contacting us by phone or through the quote form.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and message history are kept for as long as needed to complete the work and handle any follow-up, and then for a reasonable period afterward for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Analytics

This site may use basic analytics to understand which pages people visit and whether the site is working. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the quote form to reach us and say what you need.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
