What areas do you cover?

Hot tub removal
Does it have to be drained first?
Yes, and it is worth doing before the crew arrives since a full tub holds hundreds of gallons and draining takes time rather than effort.
What about the concrete pad or the deck?
The tub, cover, steps, and surround are removed as standard. Breaking up a concrete pad underneath is separate work and gets quoted separately.
